From the very start, we had ambitions to change the way people experience and have access to beautiful living. We believed that there was a more sustainable and minimalistic approach to life that truly challenged the status quo and provided an answer to conventional home structures. We strived to create an experience that truly reflected our own personal ideals and understanding of the world. Through much toil and tireless numbers of hours of research and design, we created what is the Cabin One today which we believe is a genuine answer to society's desires for change. The Cabin One embodied everything that we strived to create and therefore at the time of founding we felt it was the name that best reflected who we were as a business and best represented our ambitions. We incorporated as Cabin One in 2018 and since then we have grown immensely.

Over the last 3 years we have built resorts, homes and made the Cabin One available to those who share the same principles and dreams as us. During this time we have learnt so much of people's aspirations to change their lives in search of a more sustainable and simplistic approach. On top of this we confirmed our hypothesis that construction needs to be a customer led service and not the other way around. The days where building a home is a painstaking and unpredictable process needs to be a thing of the past. As we continue to learn and hold ourselves to a higher standard of service that we strive to meet, we believe that our customers should always come first and that the purchase journey should be a predictable, transparent and controllable experience. With all of these learnings we believe that it is the right time for us to take on a new challenge, and bring our philosophy and approach to new horizons to allow for as many people as possible to have access to a new form of beautiful living.

For our next chapter, while the name Cabin One will remain as a product, we believed it did not reflect the extent of our dreams and ambitions. That is why today with a heavy heart we will be leaving behind Cabin One and with much excitement and anticipation for this new journey we are happy to introduce to you our new name, Home One.
